What are your hours?

Drop-off and pick-up are available by appointment only between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, seven days a week.

Where are you located?

We’re located at 1942 Oak Grove Rd, Carrollton, GA, 30117. It is just outside of town near the Roopville line.

What vaccinations are required?

Dogs must be up to date on Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations. Canine Influenza is highly recommended. We also require dogs to be spayed or neutered and on a regular flea and tick prevention plan.

How many dogs do you board at one time?

We host a maximum of 13 dogs at a time across day care and boarding. This allows us to maintain a calm environment and give each dog plenty of personal attention.

Do you separate dogs by size or temperament?

Yes. We have three securely fenced outdoor areas, and we group dogs based on size, temperament, and play style.

Can I schedule a meet-and-greet before booking?

Absolutely. We would love to show you the Petstead and meet your dog. During your visit, we’ll do a quick temperament assessment to ensure a good fit.

What should I bring for my dog’s stay?

Please bring:

• Enough food for your dog’s entire stay

• Any medications or supplements, with dosage instructions

• A collar and leash

• Optional: a blanket, appropriately sized bed, or favorite toy for comfort

We provide bowls and a clean blanket if you don’t bring one.

Can you administer my dog’s medication?

Yes, we can administer both oral and subcutaneous medications during your dog’s stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will incur a $50 fee, as we operate on a small scale and space is limited.

What if my dog has anxiety or special needs?

We provide a quiet, low-volume environment with consistent routines to help dogs feel at ease. We're also happy to discuss any special needs your dog may have and will do our best to accommodate them during their stay.

Do you offer grooming or other care services?

Yes. While we are not trained groomers, we do offer basic grooming services such as daily brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and a bath before pickup. These optional add-ons help your dog return home feeling fresh, clean, and well cared for.
